1. 负责制定、修改和改进挤压生产工艺、操作标准和检验标准；
2. 参与设备选型，协助设备部门进行设备调试和结果评估工作；
3. 产品生产过程评价、生产过程监督、生产质量问题处理；
4. 完成领导交办的其他任务。
1. 熟悉挤出机操作，能够为挤出生产线设计挤出模具和配套夹具。熟悉TPU、PA、Pebax、PP的特性以及PE、FEP等材料的挤出加工技术。
2. 大专以上学历，至少2年相关工作经验。
3. 有医用导管和导丝行业经验者优先。
1. Responsible for formulating, modifying, and improving extrusion production processes, operating standards, and inspection standards;
2. Participate in equipment selection, assist the equipment department in equipment debugging and result evaluation work;
3. Product production process evaluation, production process supervision, and handling of production quality issues;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
1. Familiar with extruder operation, able to design extrusion molds and supporting fixtures for extrusion production lines. Familiar with TPU, PA, Pebax, PP Characteristics and extrusion processing technology of materials such as PE and FEP.
2. College degree or above, with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
3. Experience in the medical catheter and guide wire industry is preferred.
